Exam-season passes

Apollo and Galaxia exam-season passes are single payments in GBP. Access ends on 1 December 2026 at 00:00 UTC. They do not renew.

Request a refund

Refunds within 3 days with no more than 2 hours of active use. Contact us within 72 hours of payment with your account email and receipt reference.

Active use means time recorded while you are using the website after payment. Idle time and time with the page hidden are excluded; overlapping tabs count once. If a record is missing or disputed, we review it with you. A full refund ends access from that payment; your learning records are kept.

This voluntary policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Contact us about duplicate charges or a service that was not supplied as promised, even after this period.
