Exact binomial hypothesis tests
An exact binomial test uses the binomial distribution stated by the null hypothesis. The probability must include the observed count and every count that is more extreme in the direction of the alternative hypothesis.
Add the whole relevant tail
Lower tail means 0, 1 and 2
P(X ≤ 2) = P(0) + P(1) + P(2) = 0.1028
